Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier or client representative. Clients must inspect shipments upon receipt and report discrepancies within 48 hours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, East Lines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website access, or service interruptions.
Our liability for defective goods is limited to replacement or repair at our discretion and does not extend to consequential business losses.
